THE REPORT includes a comprehensive collation of the official FINDINGS OF FACT and Conclusions of the medico-scientific clinical empirical studies conducted by world-respected U.S. academic and research institutions into the smoking of cannabis (marihuana).

The expert Empirical Studies [i.e. the clinical monitored research of ‘hands-on’ actual long and short-term use by human test subjects] are DEFINITIVE. Although the official Empirical Studies investigate and categorically refute all allegations of ‘harm’ and ‘impairment’, nevertheless, those representing the financial interests of government, of pharmaceutical corporations, and of others, mendaciously circulate the derogatory fictions which do not come from and are dismissed by the definitive empirical studies.

Faced with this shocking discrepancy between exonerative facts and malindoctrination, people find themselves perplexed and ask "if cannabis is clinically proven to be harmless, why does the government say the contrary and punish innocent people ?" THE REPORT reveals that the disinformation results from a massive but concealed motive.

When investigating allegations of "impairment," clinician-professors relate how, on occasion, research subjects enjoying effects and thinking themselves "too stoned" to perform adequately, would ask to be excused the tests, which were still insisted upon. Then, on testing, the subjects were surprised to find themselves able to perform as well as, or better than without marijuana. This finding proved to be replicable. That even the regular users were "surprised" their tests’ results confirmed no decrements derive from use of cannabis, indicates they had been prepossessed by the false indoctrination.

THE REPORT investigates laboratory toxic chemical extract THC, which, within the plant itself, is compounded into a harmless chemically different form. ‘THC-rich’ Cannabis Sativa grows up to and over 15 feet (c. 5 metres) in height without fertiliser in a single season (4 months), yielding:

77 to 80 per cent of the biomass of cannabis is comprised of cellulose, a carbohydrate ideal for conversion into the hydrocarbons of fuel. Improved on by modern techniques to achieve efficient conversion of biomass into fuel, pyrolysis is one of Mankind’s earliest technologies, an ancient skill used in Pharaonic times to produce oleaginous embalming fluid for mummification. The same process is used today to refine oil.

Pyrolysis should not be confused with bio-chemical conversion (fermentation) of sugar-to-alcohol which is a capital-investment intensive (costly), slow, and itself an energy-consuming method producing the inferior ethanol not methanol. By contrast, pyrolysis produces the variety of liquid fuels and lubricants type-similar to gasoline and subterranean oil, but without pollution.

Pyrolysis is the decomposing of biomass (fresh or fossil) by the heat of anaerobic (reduced air) combustion which converts organic material into gases and/or fuel oils.

In this way, Cannabis Biomass is the direct substitute for the fossilised biomass of coal and petroleum. With the hot ‘off-gases’ collected, which cool to condense into liquid fuels, pyrolysis is also known in modern refining as ‘thermochemical decomposition’ or as ‘wood distillation’, or as ‘destructive distillation’.

Methanol has been the official fuel to power the racing cars of the famed Indy 500 Series for the last thirty years. Ridiculously, because of prohibition, it is synthesised by costly energy-consuming industrial procedures from subterranean oil, instead of from cost-free by-products of cannabis.

Cannabis is the most prolific, cultivable dry biomass cellulose-wood-plant species on Earth, uniquely and immediately capable of the economical (cheap) replacement of all Mankind’s misuse of high-pollutant, costly fossils and uranium for energy, petro-chemical products, lubricants, fuel-oils, petrol-gasoline and all types of plastic (cellulosic polymers).

THE FREE SOURCE OF WORLD FUEL-ENERGY.

 N.B. When cannabis is cultivated for its profitable nutritious seed-food (which, as noted, does not contain relaxant ingredients), all the by-products listed above (which are source to literally thousands of commerical products), are derived from a resource which is thus production-cost-free (i.e. free).

To recapitulate, the free fibres and free cellulose-rich wood-hurd bulk residues, flowertops and foliage, yield economical (cheap) cannabis products which include the illimitable fuel and energy, all types of plastic products, fine-grade yarn and Dresden Cotton ®, textiles, paper, cardboard, newsprint, man-made fibres (by cellulosic polymerisation, e.g. nylon), medication, lightweight building materials (Isochanvre ®) etc.

A. The U.S. National "Soil Bank’s" registered fallow land (circa 89 million acres) can be planted with soil-enriching, non-depletive cannabis as a fallow rotation crop, producing enough Cannabis-Methanol, oil, lubricants and BTU-gas for all North American land, sea and air transportation requirements.

B. Dresden Cotton ® is the name given to the textile product made by the cheap cold-chlorination process which converts (production-cost-free, i.e. free) cannabis fibres, making them indistinguishable from cotton. By adding the Mississippi Cotton Region to the acreage of the national Soil Bank, sufficient cannabis fuel is produced for all foreseeable U.S. power-plant production of electricity for industrial and domestic use.

Ergo: The energy-voracious U.S. nation thereby becomes not only self-sufficient, but a net fuel-energy exporter -- without planting up a single new acre nor subtracting land area from current food production.

Cannabis Sativa Hemp Cannot Be Patented;
and It Can Be Cultivated Easily Everywhere.

NOTE. Correctly-speaking, hemp and cannabis are synonymous (i.e., words of the same meaning). The word ‘hemp’ is the ancient and modern Anglo-Saxon English word for the genus named cannabis by the Science of Botany, and includes all varieties and species. Marijuana (‘Mary-Jane’) is merely a Mexican colloquialism. The U.S. and U.K. legislation of control (prohibition) is an incompetent tangle of incorrectness and perjuries.

THE REPORT, Cannabis: The Facts, Human Rights and the Law ISBN 9781902848204 is about cannabis sativa / hemp. Sativa is the smoker’s preferred variety for personal relaxant or medication, and includes all the various species popularly called ‘skunk’.

In France and Germany we have visited farms where it is cultivated. This so-called "industrial hemp" is hopelessly inadequate for the industrial uses for which it purports to be licensed. The word "industrial" applied to this weak, measly plant, is a misnomer deliberately employed to mislead farmers (and others) into thinking it could be sufficiently productive for industrial purposes.

The ‘THC-free’ "industrial hemp" will not go far to replace oil, coal, and uranium for fuel-energy; nor provide the food staple needed by the starving millions; let alone stopping the use of trees for paper, resourcing the lightweight building material, Isochanvre ®, the modern furniture materials, and replacing oil for plastics and man-made fibres, and so on.

If this phony "industrial" hemp ever gets fully legalised it will be a foregone failure -- and that is exactly what the government-corporate vested interests intend.

By contrast, Cannabis Sativa Hemp is the full-blooded relaxant plant. It grows prolifically up to and over 15 feet (c. 5 metres), and has the relaxant and health-promoting properties. Yet, approximately half the weight of the large female plant at maturity is comprised of seed, rich in the amino acids requisite for the correct functioning of the human immune system.

NET ZERO-EMISSION CANNABIS.

Combustion of Cannabis-Methanol, CH₃OH, emits only water H₂O (as steam) and carbon dioxide CO₂. Regarding CO₂ emission, on combustion, the carbon bonds with oxygen: CO₂ is released into the atmosphere; but, an equivalent quantity of carbon is absorbed by the next fuel-crop in cultivation. This is termed a ‘closed-cycle’ to signify no net increase of atmospheric CO₂ is produced by the use of cannabis for fuels. Similarly, the cannabis crop itself has been formed by photosynthesis, subtracting from carbon already in the atmosphere.

Misuse of uranium and the finite, diminishing quantity of astronomically-priced fossils as ‘fuel’, benefits only the government-corporate Owners of these poisoning underground minerals; absolutely nobody else…

Att vara beroende av en drog, legal och/eller illegal, kanske inte alltid är oproblematiskt. Men å andra sidan behöver det inte alltid vara negativt och problematiskt. Om en individ är beroende eller missbrukare och ändå fungerar väl, sköter sig själv och hälsan, fungerar socialt, i samhället och i yrkeslivet, hur kan det då vara negativt och problematiskt? Definitionen av beroendet och/eller missbruket, huruvida det klassas utifrån medicinska eller juridiska synsätt avgör graden av problem, farlighet och skadlighet.

Jag åker nykter till jobbet, sköter allt jag ska privat, socialt och samhällsmässigt. Tar sedan några groggar på kvällen eller intar/röker/sniffar/injicerar en (valfri) illegal drog. Varje dag, regelbundet eller sporadiskt. Juridiskt är jag alltid en missbrukare, men om inte tillräckligt många kriterier i DSM IV är uppfyllda klassas jag egentligen inte som missbrukare. Även om vissa kriterier gör att jag klassas som missbrukare enligt DSM IV, så behöver jag nödvändigtvis inte vara det, eller hur? Om jag har BESTÄMT, trots allt vad det innebär - med konsekvenser osv etc, jag vill och väljer själv att inta/röka/sniffa/injicera en (valfri) illegal drog, varje dag/kväll, trots att jag spenderar för mycket pengar, inte umgås socialt osv, är det ju inte fråga om en kontrollförlust.

FASS; Definition av missbruk
Missbruk är när man gång efter gång ställer till det för sig genom att använda en drog. 
Detta beror ju mycket på omgivningen och samhällets inställning till mig som individ. Acceptans och tillåtande - att varje vuxen individ har rätt till fullständig kroppslig autonomi - självbestämmande över sin egna kropp och sitt liv. Självfallet ska inte ditt liv och leverne påverka andras liv negativt i någon större utsträckning.

Beroende är när man inte längre klarar av att styra intaget av en drog.
Jag vill inte styra intaget, jag vill hela tiden när jag intar drogen bli påverkad, jag är medveten om skadorna, riskerna och vad jag missar, förlorar, konsekvenserna av mitt drog(miss)bruk osv etc.

Missbruk (enligt DSM IV)
I det system som tagits fram för att tydligt kunna ställa diagnos på patienter med psykiska besvär (DSM-systemet), ska minst 1 av följande påståenden gälla under en och samma 12-månadersperiod.

1. Att vid upprepade tillfällen ha använt en substans, så att man misslyckats med att klara av sina skyldigheter i hemmet, skolan eller arbetet.
Om jag nu klarar av att sköta mina skyldigheter i hemmet, skolan eller arbetet då?

2. Att ha upprepat bruket i situationer där det medför stora risker för fysisk skada, t ex rattfylla.
Låt oss bara säga för enkelhetens skull att jag inte framför fordon påverkad?

3. Att vid upprepade tillfällen ha haft problem med rättvisan, t ex polisen, på grund av droger.
Hm, ja det är ju inte juridiskt tillåtet med illegala droger, inte ”mitt fel” att polisen jagar mig, eller hur?

4. Att ha fortsatt med drogbruket trots att det givit upphov till återkommande sociala problem pga drogeffekterna.
Men jag kanske inte vill vara social och nykter?! Jag är hellre hemma och intar/röker/sniffar/injicerar en (valfri) illegal drog, än går på after work, eller umgås med vem som helst?

5. Att symtomen aldrig uppfyllt kraven för beroende av drogen enligt vad som krävs, se nedan.

Beroende (enligt DSM IV)
Minst 3 av följande situationer ska gälla under en och samma 12-månadersperiod för att diagnosen Beroende ska slås fast.

1. Det sker en tillvänjning (toleransutveckling), med antingen behov av en påtagligt ökande mängd för att få effekt eller minskad effekt vid ett fortsatt bruk.
Självklart blir jag tolerant, eftersom jag vill och har valt att inta drogen varje dag/kväll eller när jag känner för det.

2. Det uppstår typiska abstinenssymtom eller att bruket fortsätter för att undvika sådana symtom.
Japp, so what? Jag vill och har fortfarande valt att använda droger, fullt medveten om eventuella skador och konsekvenser.

3. Drogen används i större mängd eller under längre tid än man tänkt sig från början.
Jag vill och har valt själv, så varför är detta problematiskt/negativt?

4. Man har ständigt en önskan att minska intaget.
Icke relevant i detta fall, eftersom jag vill vara påverkad!

5. Drogbruket ägnas mycket tid.
Ja, det är intressant med droger, narkotikapolitik etc osv mm. Jämför med idrottare - fotboll, hockey styrketräning, fitness, eller fiskare, jägare, bilentusiaster osv. Min kropp - mitt liv - kroppslig autonomi!

6. Drogbruket påverkar viktiga sociala aktiviteter.
Jag vill och har valt att droga än umgås och vara social?!

7. Drogbruket fortsätter trots kunskap om skadeeffekterna.
Ja det är smällar jag får ta - kroppslig autonomi - allt har risker, se punkt nr 5, mat, sport, bilkörning, hobbies osv. Varför ska just droger ges så mycket fokus och klassas på olika vis i tabeller mm, men inget av det andra uppräknade?

 
Missbruk och/eller beroende är ingenting en myndig person får bestämma över eller avgöra själv! Samhället har satt juridiska lagar, bestämmelser och regler för när och hur en individ kan klassas som beroende och/eller missbrukare. Så oavsett vad du anser själv, hur pass mycket drogen eller drogerna faktiskt inverkar i ditt egna liv, din omgivning eller samhället bestämmer du således inte över själv. Även om du tillhör en av dom som kan sköta ett illegalt drogbruk (vilket de allra flesta kan utan att nånsin få problem med beroende och/eller missbruk) är du fortfarande juridiskt sett en missbrukare. Detta kan få enormt stora och ödesdigra konsekvenser om du upptäcks av polisen eller någon annan myndighet, och kan faktiskt skada dig, din närmaste omgivning även samhället i mycket större utsträckning och långtgående än vad drogen/drogerna någonsin kunnat göra.

Svensk Bokhandel - DEBUTANT: Vi bråkar en del i min familj. Vi bråkar om det är rätt att införa trängselskatter, om golf är en riktig sport, om Christer Pettersson sköt Olof Palme och om vems fel det är att tågen inte går i tid.
Det brukar gå ganska bra. Någon julafton kanske blir lite spänd men efter några telefonsamtal och lite geografisk distans är vi redo för nästa familjeträff.
Men en gång, en annandag jul, höll det på att gå riktigt åt helvete. Och det var knarkets fel.

Det började med att två yngre förmågor råkade få ur sig en åsikt om att man – kanske – borde legalisera marijuana.
Den äldre generationen blev helt tyst, sedan rörde ingen sillen på en halvtimme: det finns inga lätta droger, narkotika är samhällets gift och om någon av er någon gång testar något, ja då jävlar.
De yngre försökte med några nya argument: kriminalisering kostar pengar, det är bättre med vård, ni dricker ju för fan snaps i detta nu, och så vidare. Det funkade inte. Det var till och med oansvarigt att ta upp frågan.
Jag brukar aldrig vara tyst vid de här diskussionerna, men den här gången satt jag mest och tänkte. Varför tycker nästan alla svenskar att det är självklart att det ska vara kriminellt – och omoraliskt – att bruka just de molekyler som politiker sagt ska vara narkotika?
I vårt land är det fler människor som vill införa dödsstraff än som vill legalisera cannabis – samtidigt är det just en legalisering som sker i stora delar av världen.
Det här är värt att kolla upp, tänkte jag. Så jag åkte och hängde med människorna bakom den här utvecklingen: med danska läkare och politiker, med collegekids i Kalifornien, med holländska jordbrukare och med hippies i New York.
Kanske har de rätt, kanske har de fel. Men det är nog dags att det blir okej att prata om det här.
Det har det inte blivit än. I alla fall inte för mig. För det dröjde inte länge innan en av de yngre – min lillebror – i enrum ställde den oundvikliga frågan.
»Har du testat marijuana någon gång?«
Testat och testat – det har nog hänt fler gånger än jag kan minnas, jag har ju trots allt bott i USA, och ärligt talat känner jag bara en handfull människor som aldrig rökt marijuana någon gång.
Men det finns inte en chans att jag säger det till min lillebror, inte så länge han fortfarande är tonåring. Jag har ingen koll på vad det betyder att röka gräs i hans värld. Är det en markör för någonting, kommer han att köpa det av människor som även säljer droger som ingen vettig människa vill släppa fria, eller blir det bara ett sätt att skaffa sig samma erfarenhet som en gång Anders Borg, Mona Sahlin, Barack Obama eller någon annan av de tusentals kända människor som bevisligen har rökt marijuana?
Det är konstigt det där. Det är okej att ha testat, men bara om man efteråt säger att det var dumt, att lova att aldrig göra det igen.
Så jag säger som man ska:
»Nej, jag har aldrig rökt marijuana«.

Inte heller är det en propaganda bok som förklarar hur skadligt och farligt cannabis är och varför det ska vara kriminellt att använda cannabis. Boken ger en objektiv och saklig sammanställning om cannabis som rusmedel, cannabis som medicin, varför och hur cannabis blev illegalt, politiken omkring cannabis och hur situationen rörande cannabis i stort ser ut runt om i världen och i Sverige. Denna bok rekommenderas varmt till alla som är intresserade av cannabis, både för och emot.

Dum och osmart av cannabis

Använder du cannabis förvandlas du efter ett tag en så kallad "stoner"...

Det vet ju alla hur smart och snabbtänkt en stoner är, eller? Efter ett par års användning blir du dum och får försämrade kognitiva funktioner, right? Dvs du får svårigheter att tänka djupt, avancerat, komplext och abstrakt samt att lösa dito uppbyggda problem. Cannabis.se skriver en artikel om - Hur skadligt är cannabisbruk på lång sikt? Även här finns en artikel om huruvida du blir dum av marijuana.

Om du nu skulle bli dum så är väl det kanske bättre än bröstcancer eller levercancer? Inflammation kan vara nog så besvärligt, men en del väljer nog att vara smarta och snabbtänkta istället. Men en del inflammationer som Chrons eller Ulcerös kolit är pest och pina, men även reumatiska sjukdomar (sök själv efter inflammationstillstånd) . Jag skulle iallafall hellre vara dum och mentalt stabil än smart och psykotisk, psykotiska människor tenderar att hitta på både osmarta och rent dumma saker. Får du Alzheimers spelar det ju ingen roll om du är smart, lite dumt kanske? Om du är en smart och snabbtänkt individ är det viktigt att ha ett fullgott neurologiskt skydd även om du blir dum på sikt. Att gå omkring och ha kronisk smärta kan vem som helst bli både dum och elak av, bättre i såfall att vara snäll, dum och smärtfri. Marijuana kanske är vanebildande - vem bryr sig? Hellre är jag väl än stoner som behöver mitt ganja varje dag, än att potentiellt råka ut för alla trista åkommor som ganja kan minska, lindra och förhindra. *Science* rapporterna (se tidigare inlägg) visar att marijuana är inte speciellt vanebildande, t.o.m kaffe är mer beroendeframkallande än cannabis. Självklart blir du inte heller dum och osmart av marijuana. Det är en osanning som berusningsmoralister och knarktalibaner svänger sig med.

Alkohol blir du väldigt dum & osmart av, du utsätter både dig själv, andra och din omgivning för dumheter och ibland livsfara, går något emot dig eller inte som du vill, blir du förbannad, aggressiv och våldsam! Du kan få för dig att det är smart att slå nån på käften, våldta någon, kanske köra bil och ha ihjäl dig själv eller nån annan, ja t.o.m ha ihjäl nån! Upp till 8 av 10 personer som begår våldsbrott eller orsakar personskador är berusade av alkohol. Dessutom blir hjärnan, kroppen och psyket irreversibelt (permanent) skadat av långvarig konsumtion. Välj istället något som är säkrare för dig själv, din omgivning och samhället. 

Bolivia, coca och knarktalibaner

I Bolivia har coca nyttjats kulturellt, traditionellt och framförallt oproblematiskt i tusentals år. FNs narkotikadeklaration klassar cocablad som narkotika, i samma klass som med det vita pulvret, kokain. För att framställa 1 kilo kokain behövs flera hundra kilo coca och kemiska prekursorer. 18 länder röstade nej för att ta bort cocan från narkotikadeklarationen, varav Sverige (med Maria Larsson från Talibandemokraterna - moraliska knarktalibanland!) var ett av länderna som skrek högst och mest. Bolivia svarade med att den 22 juni på uppdrag av president Evo Morales att gå ur FNs narkotikadeklaration. Om cocan tas bort från deklarationen går Bolivia med igen 2012.

Jag tycker Bolivia gör helt rätt. Vilka är vi, FN och omvärlden att tala om för Bolivia att deras kultur & tradition är ett "knarkande"?! The War on Drugs har tagit helt enorma proportioner och orsakar mer död och lidande än det ska skydda och förhindra plus att det är ett "krig" som omöjligtvis kan vinnas. Enbart den ekonomiska aspekten är skäl nog att avsluta "kriget" redan idag. De humana, pragmatiska, individuella, sociala och sociologiska är de starkaste skälen för att avsluta "kriget".

Coca är en mild stimulant och kan absolut inte jämföras med amfetamin, kokain eller andra starka centralstimulantia. Enligt bolivianerna har cocan också en hel del hälsobefrämjande egenskaper. Rapporten som gjorde att cocan togs upp i FNs narkotikadeklaration är från 1950-talet. Rapporten är felaktig och har rasistiska inslag, bl.a nämns cocatuggande som äckligt, bakvänt och som en farlig vana. Dessutom har rapporten misskrediterats och motsagts gång på gång.

Hur mycket vi än satsar förebyggande och på säkerhet kan vi aldrig skydda oss från enskilda människor med en fundamentalistisk tro. Norge är ett av de öppnaste och lugnaste samhällena i världen.
